摘　　要：闽派黄酒除了具备一般酒饮料的营养成分外,还具有一定的保健功能,适量饮用,有益健康。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对市售的几种低端闽派黄酒的糖类(功能性低聚糖)、洛伐他汀及桔霉素进行检测分析,结果表明,闽派黄酒中总糖含量符合标准,同时还含有一定量的功能性低聚糖,不含洛伐他汀及桔霉素。Fujian yellow rice wine has the nutritional components as general wine. Besides, it has healthcare functions. Proper drinking of Fujian yellow rice wine is helpful for people＆#39;s health. In this study, the content of sugars （mainly functional oligosaccharides）,lovastatin and citrinin in several low-end Fujian yellow rice wine on the market was detected by HPLC.The results showed that, the total sugar content in those samples met the standard requirements, meanwhile, those samples contained certain amount of functional oligosaccharides and no lovastatin and citrinin.
