老年恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞检测及意义

摘　　要：目的:了解老年恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能状况,为肿瘤的治疗及预防提供参考。方法:用流式细胞仪分别对肺癌、消化道肿瘤、乳腺癌患者及健康对照组外周血总T细胞、Th、Ts、Th/Ts细胞进行检测,用SPSS 17.0软件对各组细胞的Th数值及Th/Ts比值进行统计学分析。结果:Th细胞数及Th/Ts比值在肺癌、消化道肿瘤以及乳腺癌患者均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年恶性肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能处于抑制状态。Objective：To analyze the status of cellular immune function in elderly patients with malignant tumors so as to provide a reference for tumor therapy. Methods：Flow cytometry was used to detect peripheral blood T（TT）,Th,Ts and Th/ Ts cells,respectively,in patients with lung cancer,gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer and healthy controls,with Th count and the ratio of Th/ Ts in each group analyzed by SPSS 17. 0. Results：The count of Th cells and the ratio of Th/ Ts in patients with lung cancer,gastrointestinal cancer and breast cancer were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Cellular immune function in elderly patients with malignant tumors is in the state of suppression.
