摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺导管内癌超声声像图表现,以提高超声诊断的准确率。方法回顾分析病理证实的36例乳腺导管内癌的超声图像特点。结果 36例乳腺导管内癌中低回声结节伴微钙化型14例、单纯低回声结节型11例、混合回声肿块型4例、腺体局部增厚紊乱型7例。结论乳腺导管内癌的声像图具有一定特征性,超声结合其他影像学检查方法对乳腺导管内癌的早期诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of breast ductal carcinoma in situ （DCIS）. Methods Retrospective analysis of the sonographic findings of 36 cases of pathologically confirmed DCIS. Results The sonographic findings of the 36 cases of DCIS could be divided into four categories： low echo nodules with microcalcification 14 cases, low echo nodular without microcalcification 11 cases, mixed echo mass 4 cases, local thickening and disorganized of the mammary gland 7 cases. Conclusion To summarize the sonographic characteristics of DCIS can help detect the breast lesions, which has important value in the early diagnosis of DCIS when combined with other imaging technology.
