摘 要:目的:研究生半夏石油醚部位化学成分。方法:运用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)技术首次对生半夏石油醚提取物的化学成分进行分析。结果:经气相质谱分析工作站NIST2005谱库检索,并参考相关文献,确认了34个化合物,采用归一化法确定各成分的相对含量。结论:生半夏石油醚部位化学成分主要包括脂肪烃、脂肪酸、酯类、β-谷甾醇等,占汽化物总含量的60.89%。利用GC-MS技术,首次对生半夏石油醚部位的化学成分进行初步分析,为其进一步研究提供了实验性依据。Objective: To analyze the chemical components of Pinellia ternate petroleum ether fraction. Method: GC-MS method was used to analyze the content of the extract of Pinella ternate. Result: Mass spectrum bar graph analysis and NIST2005 spectrum retrieval database were employed to determine the structures of the compounds, 34 components were identified, and peak area normalization method was used to determine the percentage content of each component. Conclusion: The principal chemical components in Pinellia ternate petroleum ether are aliphatic hydrocarbbons, fatty acids, esters, β-sitosterol, which occupy 60.89 %. It is a reliable way to analysis of chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extract from Pinellia ternate with GC-MS.
