摘　　要：文章探讨了如何培养粉体材料科学与工程应用型人才的方法,主要包括学校与企业导师共同参与课堂教学、学生调研企业技术信息、进行产品开发以及选择企业研发课题作为学生的毕业论文题目,从而让学生得到充分的知识给养,能力锻炼。In the paper, we discuss the methods of how to cultivate application-type talents of powder materials science and engineering, mainly including the classroom teaching comprised by our school and some enterprises jointly, the technical information investigated by our students, the product development as well as the research subjects in enterprise to choose as their graduation thesis titles, so as to let them obtain enough knowledge, and ability to exercise.
