摘　　要：有机化学是化学工程与工艺专业必修的基础课之一。文章从教学对象、教学内容、教学方式和实验教学等方面分析了目前高校有机化学教学过程中存在的问题,并提出了有机化学教学改革应该从突出基础、合理选择教学内容、采用多种教学方法和教学手段以及增加实验项目的研究性和趣味性等方面提高教学质量。Organic chemistry is one of the required and fundamental courses for the students majored Chemical engineering and technology. This paper discusses the problems of teaching object, content, methods and experiment of organic chemistry course teaching in polytechnic university. Then a reform plan is proposed, including focusing on fundamental knowledge, optimization of teaching material, adopting various teaching forms and methods, and increasing the interest of experimental teaching in order to arouse the students interest and improve teaching effectiveness.
