摘　　要：大学评价体系是由反映评价目的的评价指标系统、指标权重和指标评价标准构成的一个有机整体,它是实现大学评价的重要手段。以创新力为导向,构建科学、合理、可行的新型大学评价体系,是确保大学评价公正、实现大学评价科学化的重要环节,其实质在于提高大学的核心竞争力。在构建以创新力为主导的大学评价体系时,我们需要遵循与目标一致原则、导向性原则、客观性原则、可操作性原则、简易性原则。University evaluation system is an organism composed of evaluation index system, index weight and index evaluation standard reflecting the evaluation objective and it is an important means to realize university evaluation. The innovation-oriented construction of a new, scientific, reasonable and feasible university evaluation system is an important part of ensuring the justified and scientific university evaluation. Its essence is to improve the core competitiveness of a university. In order to construct the innovation-oriented university evaluation system, the concord goal principle, guiding principle, objectivity principle, operational principle and simplicity principle should be followed.
