摘　　要：创新力是现代大学的核心竞争力,学科是现代大学安身立命的基础,一流学科是一流大学的立校基石。为了建设一批具有特色的优势学科,高校应在学术骨干的培育、造就一支创新团队、注重学术积累和以科研来带动学科建设、建立交叉学科和创造良好的学科创新环境等五个方面做好工作,并贯彻到学科建设中。Innovation is the core com petitiveness of m odern universities, discipline is the basis of m odern university life, and first-class discipline is the cornerstone of first-class university. In order to construct a num ber of disciplines w ith distinctive advantages, the universities should do w ell in the cultivation of academ ic backbones, creation of an innovative team , attention to scientific research and academ ic accum ulation, prom otion of discipline construction by scientific research, establishm ent of cross discipline and creation of a good discipline innovation environm ent.
