摘　　要：对安钢150 t转炉溅渣护炉和底部透气砖情况进行了介绍,溅渣护炉会对底部透气砖的使用寿命造成影响.通过对转炉工艺溅渣护炉中影响底吹的因素进行分析,进而采取相应措施,优化工艺操作,从而保证了良好的底吹透气效果,提高了转炉经济效益.The slag splashing in 150 t converter and permeable brick situation at Angsteel is introduced. The protection for the bottom of the furnace by slag splashing can affect the service life of bottom permeable bricks. Through analyzing the factors which may influence the bottom blowing of the process of converter protected by slag splashing, the corresponding measures and optimization of process operation were made to ensure the effect of good bottom blowing and improve the economic benefit of converter operation.
