摘　　要：目的 探讨针刺联合暗示疗法治疗癔病性失音患者的临床疗效.方法 对32例癔病性失音患者采用针刺联合暗示疗法治疗.结果 本组32例患者治愈27例,好转5例,治愈率为84.4％;治疗次数：治疗1次18例,≥2次12例,20次2例.结论 针刺联合暗示疗法治疗癔病性失音疗效显著.Objective To explore the efficacy of acupuncture combined with sug gestion therapy for hysterical aphonia. Methods Thirty-two patients with hys teric aphonia were treated with acupuncture plus suggestion therapy. Results Twenty-seven patients were cured and 5 ones improved, cure rate was 84.4%.Eighteen patients underwent one time treatment, 12 ones did ≥ 2 times and 2 ones did 20 times. Conclusion Acupuncture plus suggestion therapy has an evident effect in the treatment of hysteric aphonia.
