摘　　要：目的 探讨一组与“鬼神”有关的精神症状及临床表现.方法 对4例患者与“鬼神”有关的精神症状进行描述性分析.结果 “鬼神”是人们的一种潜意识活动,与“鬼神”有关的精神症状主要表现为幻听、幻视、幻触和人格分离（交替人格）.结论“鬼神”并不是外在客观存在的事物,而可能是人的内在主观世界潜意识心理活动的产物,甚至是精神（心理）症状.Objective To explore a group of mental symptoms and clinical manifestation concerning ＇ ghosts＇. Methods Descriptive analyses of mental symptoms concerning ＇ghosts＇ of 4 patients were conducted. Results ＇Ghost＇ was a human subconscious＇s activity, mental symptoms concerning ＇ghosts＇ were mainly auditory, visual and tactile hallucination as well as personality dissociation （alternating personality）. Conclusion ＂Ghosts＂ aren＇t externally objectively existing things, may be the product of subconscious mental activity of human internal subjective world, even the mental （psychological） symptoms.
