摘 要:以28家企业的105名中层管理者为样本,对组织支持感作用于中层管理者战略决策参与的机理进行了研究。研究表明,组织支持感对中层管理者战略参与有着显著的促进作用,信任在这一过程中起部分中介作用。企业领导应重视培育组织中的信任氛围,把对员工贡献的认可、利益的关心和工作的支持转化为中层管理者对组织的信任,有效发挥中层管理者在战略决策中的积极作用。It is indicated in the research,taking as sample 105middle-level managers from 28 enterprises,on the mechanism of organization support to the strategic decision-making participation that the support obviously gives the promotion to the strategic participation in which the trust can be partially considered as a kind of mediating effect.And it is concluded that leaders in enterprises are supposed to pay more attention to the cultivation of the trust in organizations and turn the recognition of contributions made by employees,the concern to their interests and the support to the work into the trust from middle-level managers on the organization in order effectively to give full play to their activeness in the strategic decisionmaking.
