栀子豉汤证、白虎汤证、白虎加人参汤证、猪苓汤证归属于阳明病热证的质疑

摘　　要：阳明病的诊断标准为"胃家实",即阳明胃肠中存在有形邪气(燥屎),而栀子豉汤证、白虎汤证、白虎加人参汤证、猪苓汤证不符合"胃家实"标准,将此4证并列于阳明热证之中,进而归属于阳明病,不符合《伤寒论》本意。The diagnostic criteria of Yangming disease is ＂excess syndrome of the stomach and intestines＂. That is corporeal pathogenic Qi（dryness excrement） in Gastro-intestine of Yangming,but syndrome of Zhizichi decoction, Baihu decoction, Baihu Jia Renshen decoction, Zhuling decoction are discrepancy with the standard of excess syndrome of the stomach and intestines. So these four syndromes are distributed in Yangming heat syndrome, ascribed to Yangming disease and is discrepancy with the original idea of Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Disease.
