摘 要:1.问题的提出 广泛应用于乘用车及商用车柴油机、汽油机的增压中冷技术是提升内燃机升功率、提高发动机低速转矩、加快发动机瞬态响应速度、降低排放有害物和改善燃油经济性的主要手段之一。随着排放法规的提高,非道路机械如工程机械、特种车辆与装备也必将采用增压中冷技术。Aimed at the invalidation problem during manufacturing process of complex wing pipe for Aluminum (AI) alloy hollow intercooler, the following aspects were studied including selection of material thickness, matching of structural strength, size selection of high frequency welding pipe and the influence of pre-welding treatment on welding rate.The experimental results show that when reducing wall thickness of intercooler pipe and cost, the matching of material strength must be fully taken into consideration. Also to ensure welding quality of intercooler core,the transition size of high frequency pipe was required to trim before mounting the core.
