摘　　要：构建科学、全面和可行的考评信息系统是抓好医德医风建设的关键环节。通过建立医德医风档案数据库及管理信息系统,引进PDCA循环管理模式,有助于改进和提高医德医风建设水平,实现对医德医风建设全程的科学控制,推动医德医风建设长效机制的形成。The key link of making great efforts to medical ethics examination construction is that build scientific, comprehensive and feasible examination information system. Introduces PDCA cycle management model through establishing medical ethics file database and management information system. It is conductive to improve and increase medical ethics construction level, so as to carry out scientific control to the full-course of medical ethics construction, promote the formation of long-term mechanism of medical ethics construction.
