摘　　要：交通运输行业所带来的资源利用矛盾、生态影响、环境污染等问题日益凸显,正确处理好交通发展与环境保护的关系、将发展和环保有机结合起来、寻找两者的最佳结合点,已经成为推进经济、社会与环境协调发展的关键。对辽宁省交通运输环境监测网络建设的必要性进行探讨。Due to the problems of resource use conflict,ecological impact,environmental pollution and other problems arising from communication and transportation industry,it is needed to correctly handle of the relationship between communication development and environmental protection in order to rationally combine development with environmental protection by the finding of the best combination between them,which has become significant for promoting the coordinate development among economy, society and environment. This text discusses of the necessity of Liaoning Provincial Communication and Transportation Environmental Monitoring Network construction.
