基于中医传承辅助平台系统精神分裂症的组方用药规律分析

摘　　要：目的基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析《神志病验方530首》中以中医药治疗精神分裂症的组方用药规律。方法筛选《神志病验方530首》中的文献并建立方剂数据库,方剂逐一录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果筛选出治疗精神分裂症的方剂140首,涉及中药209味。确定了处方中药物出现的频次,常用药对及组合,演化得到新处方15首。结论《神志病验方530首》中收录治疗精神分裂症的方剂以化痰息风、开窍醒神、活血祛瘀、清热泻火、养心安神、疏肝理气为主,为中医药临床靶向治疗精神分裂症提供依据。Objective： To analyze the drug law of prescriptions from 530 Prescriptions Treating Mental Illness based on Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance support platform system. Methods： Papers from 530 Prescriptions Treating Mental Illness were screened out to establish prescription database ,and then input to TCM inheritance support platform one by one. Software integration method of data mining was used to analyze the law of formulating prescriptions. Results： 140 prescriptions treating Schizophrenia were screened out,involving 209 Traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion： In the 530 Prescriptions Treating Mental Illness ,It has provided the basis for treatment on schizophrenia that were the prescriptions of phlegming wind,resuscitation, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis ,clearing heat and purging fire, calming, soothing the liver and regulating Qi as the main role.
