摘  要:目的探讨实施延续性健康教育提高康复期乳腺癌患者自我效能感的效果。方法 2012年1-12月,采用便利抽样法选取在南通大学附属肿瘤医院行择期手术的术后康复期乳腺癌患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取常规随访,观察组采取延续性健康教育形式的随访管理,比较两组患者健康教育前后的自我效能感。结果健康教育后,观察组患者自我效能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论延续性健康教育可增强康复期乳腺癌患者的自我效能感,是提高患者自我管理能力、建立健康行为方式的有效方法。Objective To investigate the effect of continuation health education in improving rehabilitation stage self-efficacy of breast cancer patients.Methods By convenience sampling,120 cases of patients were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group.The patients in control group received routine follow-up and the patients in experimental group received continuation health education mode follow-up management.Self-efficacy of two groups of patients was compared before and after health education.Results After health education,the self-efficacy level in experimental group were higher than that in control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Continuation health education may improve the self-efficacy of breast cancer patients in rehabilitation stage.It is effective in enhancing patients self-management ability and developing health behaviors.
