摘　　要：海员心理素质是海员综合素质的重要组成部分。文章分析了海员心理素质的重要性,结合职业特点指出了对海员心理素质的要求,并从个人层面、家庭层面、学校层面和公司层面入手阐明了提高海员心理素质的措施。The psychological diathesis is one of the most important parts in the comprehensive quality of seamen .This article analyzes the importance of the psychological diathesis of sea‐men ,points out the requirements to the psychological diathesis of seamen ,and puts forwards the measures to improve the psychological diathesis of seamen from the personals ,families , schools and companies .
