摘　　要：本文以制度变迁作为视角,对我国地方政府开展管理创新活动的角色、基本目标、管理创新动力及影响等层面进行深入探讨,试图寻求和我国地方政府相适应的管理创新途径,并对其实践活动提供更好地指引。Based on the perspective of institutional change, the paper makes profound analysis on the role of local government management innovation , fundamental objective , management innovation initiative and influence, problems occurred in the management innovation and path of management innovation, trying to ifnd out the suitable path for our country to implement management innovation and provide better guidance to the management practice.
