摘  要:针对目前工业安全人工管理成本高、实时性差的缺点,设计了远程伺服系统外物入侵的视觉检测系统.该系统将基于可编程逻辑控制器CP1H的伺服控制系统与网际组态软件WebAccess相结合,实现了伺服电机的远程监控.在此基础上,应用机器视觉技术实现了对伺服电机周围环境的入侵检测,整个系统分为上位机和下位机两个部分,下位机CP1H实现对伺服电机的控制,上位机WebAccess通过RS232实现了与CP1H的通信.运用Matlab处理网络摄像头采集的实时视频,并通过OPC(Odvanced Process Control)技术将处理结果反馈给WebAccess,WebAccess做出相应的反应,实现对伺服电机的安全控制.最后,通过实验验证了系统的可行性及实用性.For the high artificial management cost and the poor real-time performance, a visual invade detec- tion system of remote servo was designed. The system has been realized by combining servo control system based on CP1H with Net Configuration Software named WebAccess, and on this basis, the intrusion detection of the servo motor was achieved by the application of machine vision technology. The whole system is divided into two parts: epigenous computer and hypogyny computer. WebAecess is chosen as epigenous computer software and CP1H of Omron as hypogyny computer hardware. CP1H is used to control the servo motor and the correspondence between WebAccess and CP1H is realized by RS232. The real-time video is dealt by Mat- lab, and the result is fed back to WebAceess by the technology of OPC, then WebAccess reacts accordingly and achieves the safety control of servo motor. Finally, experiments verify the feasibility and practicality of the system.
