师范生教学综合能力评价系统的设计与应用

摘　　要：教学能力是教师职业能力的核心,通过对师范生教学综合能力的评价,可以有效促进师范生对教学技能的掌握,进一步提高师范生课堂教学的综合素质。将传统教学测评手段与现代教育技术相结合,运用现有IT技术设计出基于B/S模式的教学综合能力评价系统,变传统人工评测为无纸化、网络化过程,真正实现师范生教学综合能力的高效测评,并扩大测评过程的参与度,"三评"和"仲裁办"评价方法保证了评测结果的精确度,突显测评过程的公平性。实践证明这一测评方式对师范生人才培养具有重要意义,对师范生管理和教育的规范化具有一定的促进作用。The assessment system in question is based on B/S mode, combining the traditional teaching assessment method with modern education technology and using IT technology. It changes the traditional manual evaluation into online paperless work, enhancing the assessing efficiency and participation proportion. The ＂Three Assessments＂ and ＂Arbitration＂ ensure the accuracy of evaluation results, profiling the justice in the assessing process. Practice has proved that this evaluation method is of great significance to normal training and improves normal students education and management to some degree.
