摘　　要："以学生为本"是21世纪中国高等教育着力倡导的教育教学理念。"中国近现代史纲要"教学应确立"以学生为本"的现代教育理念,加强各个教学环节的针对性,采用启发式和参与式教学模式,充分发挥教师的主导作用,进而提高高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性。The ＂student-based＂ is the teaching philosophy energetically advocated by China higher education in the 21st century. It is necessary to establish the ＂student-based＂ modern teaching philosophy in teaching the ＂Outline of Modern China History＂ course, strengthen the targeted relevance of each teaching link, adopt heuristic and participatory teaching modes and give full play to the leading role of teachers so as to improve the effectiveness of teaching the ideological and political theory course in university.
