昭通文化景观保护和发展对策——以昭阳北部新区为例

摘　　要：昭通市昭阳区北部新区规划区域内历史文化景观资源十分丰富,有着巨大的利用潜力.但大多仍然处于原生态状态,尚未开发利用,即使开发利用,也是处于起步探索阶段,没有形成规模.区域内景观文化内涵少、附加信息少、景观单薄。北部新区文化景观的保护和发展,必须坚持以保护历史文化遗产和维护城市生态系统平衡为前提,对文化景观进行节制性的开发建设,实现对文化景观资源的高效利用与有序保护.注重自然环境的生态修复,建构凸显地域文化显山露水的生态景观网络,凸显复合生态的规划原则,实现可持续发展.The planned area within the Northern New Development Zone of Zhaoyang District,Zhaotong City boasts abundant historical and cultural landscape resources and great potentials for development.However,most of them still remain in a primitive state and wait to be developed or the level and the scale of the development is relatively low.What＇s more,the cultural connotation and the attached information of the landscape within the zone are too small and simple.As a result,the protection and development of the cultural landscape in Northern New Development Zone should first take the protection of historical and cultural heritage and the balance of the city＇s ecological system into consideration and properly control the process of development and construction in order to make full use of and scientifically protect the cultural landscape.We should also emphasize the ecological restoration of the nature and build the ecological landscape network which highlights the regional culture and the planning principle of social-economic-natural complex ecosystem in order to achieve sustainable development.
