热带农业科研项目预算编制和执行中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：总结了热带农业科研项目预算编制涉及的内容,分析了热带农业科研项目预算编制和执行中存在的问题。提出应加强热带农业科研项目经费的科学预算与执行,科研人员、财务人员与科技工作管理人员之间积极沟通,确保热带农业科研项目各项工作顺利开展。With the rapid development of tropical agriculture and countries attaching great importance, project funding is increasing in tropical agriculture. Budget compilation and enforcement of scientific research in tropical agriculture is simultaneously especially important. This investigation summarizes the related contents of budget compilation of scientific research, and analyzes problems in budget compilation and enforcement. The paper concludes that budget compilation and enforcement should be enforced. Com- municating with people in different departments, including researcher, finance personnel and research management staff, ensure that all scientific research works smoothly.
