摘  要:通过有限元软件ABAQUS按照显式-隐式顺序方法,对脉冲激光冲击铝板进行了仿真研究,模拟结果与实验具有较好的一致性。在数值模拟中提出激光高斯空间分布和高压瞬态分布的仿真方法。对材料本构模型及有限元单元种类选取、边界约束的处理等进行说明,给出解决办法。在显式-隐式顺序求解的基础上,提出了等效初始预应力载荷的静态分析方法,把激光冲击工艺参数等效成初应力载荷,以方便对大规模的脉冲成形问题的分析。根据实验结果建立工艺参数与等效初始应力的联系,避免了压力波估算的误差,可以对材料的变形进行精确仿真,加快求解速度。ABAQUS software was applied to simulate the laser peen forming of aluminum sheet with the order of the transient steady-state method. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experiment results. Simulation method for the Gaussian spatial distribution of laser and the distribution of high-voltage transients in numerical simulation was proposed. To explain the constitutive model,the element unit type selection,boundary conditions measurement and so on of materials and to provide solving methods in details. Based on the transient-steady solution,equivalent initial stress load static analysis methods were proposed,in which the laser peen forming parameters was equal to the initial perstress in order to analyze a large-scale of the pulse shaping problem. The connection between the test parameters and equivalent stress was established according to experiments results to avoid the esti-mating error of the pressure wave. It can not only simulate the deformation of the material accurately, but also speed up the solving speed .
