摘　　要：一体化全球供应链管理是商界和政府面对国际贸易遭受日益严峻的安全威胁形势下作出的主动回应,它是全球供应链和全球监管链的有机组合。一体化全球供应链管理必将进一步推进全球经济一体化的进程,促进国际贸易的发展,它是我国融入国际化进程、实现和平发展的新途径。因此,海关在构建其治理体系时必须基于一体化全球供应链管理的视角,从国家和国际两个层面上进行考虑。The integrated global supply chain management is business communities and governments to the growing safety thre fective combination between the global supply chain and global grated global supply chain management will surely boost the inte an active response made by at to global trade. It is an el- supervision chain. The inte- gration process of the worldeconomy and promote the development of international trade. It will become a new approach for China to integrate into the international community and accomplish the peaceful develop- ment. Therefore, it is imperative for China Customs to establish its administrative system on the basis of the integrated global supply chain management and take into account both nationaland international factors.
