摘　　要：随着我国老龄化社会的不断发展,骨质疏松症患者正在逐年增多,严重影响了患者的生活质量,是目前国内外研究的热点和难点。原发性骨质疏松症中医循证临床实践指南是在系统分析临床文献和专家共识的基础上,推荐具有循证医学证据、体现中医特色和疗效优势的传统医学临床实践指南。文章就本指南制定的方法学特点及其临床应用的注意事项进行阐述,旨在促进专业医生规范进行以中医药为主要内容的原发性骨质疏松症的诊断、预防和治疗,并且指导患者合理使用本指南。With the continuous development of aging society in China, the patients with primary osteoporosis are increasing year by year, seriously affecting the patients＇ quality of life, which has been the focus and difficulty of the current domestic and international research. Clinical practice guideline in traditional Chinese medicine of primary osteoporosis correspond with evidence-based medicine is based on the clinical literatures analysis and expert consensus, which can recommend with EBM evidence and reflect Chinese medicine characteristics and efficacy advantage. In this paper, the methodological features of guidelines and the notes in clinical applications are described. It aims at promoting professional doctors ability of diagnosis and treatment for primary osteoporosis in a specification way by mainly using TCM, and guiding patients legitimately use this guideline.
