摘  要:目的:研究裸花紫珠对临床分离的链霉素耐药结核分枝杆菌(编号14506)和链霉素敏感结核分枝杆菌的(编号14374)体外抑菌活性。方法:选择链霉素为阳性对照药,采用绝对浓度法和直接作用法让链霉素和裸花紫珠分别与受试菌作用,记录并分析试验现象。结果:采用绝对浓度法时裸花紫珠对14506和14374的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为31.97mg/m L,采用直接作用法时裸花紫珠对14506、14374的MIC均为4.00mg/m L。结论:裸花紫珠对链霉素耐药结核分枝杆菌和链霉素敏感结核分枝杆菌有较好的体外抑菌活性。Objective: To study antibacterial activity of Callicarpa nudiflora against clinical isolated streptomycin resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis and streptomycin sensitive mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro. Methods: Streptomycin was selected as a positive control medicine. Callicarpa nudiflora and streptomycin were respectively used to test the bacteria through absolute concentration method and the direct effect method, then recorded and analyzed the experimental phenomenon. Results: The MIC of Callicarpa nudiflora for 14506, 14374 was 31.97mg/mL by using the absolute concentration method, and (he MIC of Callicarpa nudiflora for 14506, 14374 was 4.00mg/mL by using direct effect method. Conclusion: Callicarpa nudiflora had a good antibacterial activity for streptomycin resistant mycobacterium tuberculosis and streptomycin sensitive mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro.
