五味子及其制剂中有效成分测定方法的研究进展

摘　　要：五味子为我国传统中药之一,具有多种有效成分和药用功效。近年对五味子有效成分测定方法的研究也取得了一定的进展,本文对五味子及其制剂中木脂素、多糖等有效成分的测定方法做一综述,以促进五味子研究与开发利用。Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill is one of traditional Chinese medicines. It has been found to possess effect ingredients and some beneficial pharmacological effects. In recent years ,the research on measuring method of active ingredients in S. chinensis made certain progress. For further research and application ,this paper reviewed the development of the quantitative determination methods of efficient components in S. chinensis and its preparation.
