摘 要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加小肽和(或)半胱胺对生长肥育猪的生产性能和胴体品质的影响。试验选取80头日龄相近、平均体重35 kg左右的"杜×长×大"三元杂交猪,随机分为4个处理组,每组设5个重复,每个重复栏4头猪(公、母各半)。对照组饲喂基础日粮+抗敌素50 mg/kg+杆菌肽锌50 mg/kg,小肽组、半胱胺组和复配组分别在基础日粮的基础上添加0.4%小肽、200 mg/kg半胱胺、0.4%小肽+200 mg/kg半胱胺。结果表明,生长肥育猪日粮中分别添加小肽和半胱胺可显著提高日增重,添加半胱胺可显著提高日采食量,降低料重比(P<0.05)。同时添加小肽和半胱胺可显著提高生长肥育猪的日增重、日采食量和饲料转化率(P<0.05)。添加半胱胺可显著改善胴体性状(P<0.05),复合添加优于单独添加,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。小肽和半胱胺对肉质性状没有明显影响。The trial was to study the effects of small peptides(SP) or/and cysteamine(CS) on perfor-mance and carcass quality of growing-finishing pigs. Eighty healthy crossbred growing pigs(Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire) averaging 35 kg in body weights were selected and randomly divided into fourgroups with five replicates in each group and four piglets in each replicate(two gilts and two barrows).The piglets in control group, SP group, CS group, and SP+CS group were fed with the basal diet+colis-tin sulfate(50 mg/kg)+zinc bacitracin(50 mg/kg), basal diet+0.4% SP,basal diet+200 mg/kg CS, andbasal diet+0.4% SP+200 mg/kg CS respectively. The experiment results showed that the diets supple-mented with CS or SP could significantly improve average daily gain(ADG), the diets supplementedwith CS could significantly improve average daily feed intake(ADFI) and feed??gain(F/G), and the di-ets supplemented with CS and SP together could significantly improve ADG, ADFI, and F/G(P〈0.05).Supplementing CS could also improve carcass quality significantly(P〈0.05). The addition of SPand CS was better than the single addition of CS, but the difference was not significant(P〈0.05). Small peptides and cysteamine had no significant effects on meat quality traits of pigs(P〈0.05).
