摘　　要：研究了利益分配对研发网络合作均衡的影响,发现引入利益转移分配机制后,n个企业合作成为Nash均衡的条件将被放松,即利益转移分配机制使研发网络能够在更广泛的情形下成为Nash均衡,由此可知该机制有利于研发网络的形成。并通过对利益转移分配系数的可行域和均衡解的研究,得出了在个体最优和整体最优情况下合作博弈的均衡解。Study the impact of benefit distribution on the equilibrium of R＆D network cooperation,and find that if we introduce a mechanism of benefit transfer,the condition that make the N={1,2,…,n} firms＇ cooperation to become a Nash equilibrium will be loosen,which means the mechanism of benefit transfer makes the cooperation become a Nash equilibrium in a wider range of circumstances.Know the mechanism of benefit transfer is conducive to formation of R＆D network.Furthermore,study the feasible region and equilibrium solution of transfer coefficient,and get the equilibrium solution under the condition of individual optimal as well as the overall optimal.
