摘　　要：目的回顾分析超声内镜指导下利用双钳道内镜行尼龙环套扎术治疗胃间质瘤的治疗效果、安全性、随访观察结果。方法 31例胃间质瘤,在超声内镜指导下,利用双嵌道内镜行尼龙环套扎治疗,分别于术后、术后3月、1年和2年进行随访观察。结果 29例病例行套扎后瘤体完整脱落;2例病例未成功套扎。29例行套扎治疗病例均未发生出血及穿孔等并发症。对29例瘤体完整脱落患者随访324个月,无病灶局部复发。结论超声内镜指导下尼龙环套扎术治疗胃间质瘤是经济、安全、有效的,但需根据病变特征进行严格筛选,且远期疗效尚需观察。[ Objective ] To analyze the curative effect, safety and prognosis of gastric stromal tumor treated byendoscopic uhrasonography-guided dual duct endoscopy nylon ring band ligation. [ Methods ] 31 patients with gas-tric stromal tumor were treated by endoscopic uhrasonography-guided dual duct endoscopy nylon ring band ligation.The follow-up was performed on day 1, at 3month and 1 year after band ligation and every year thereafter. [ Re-suits ] 29 cases were resected successfully and 2 cases were failure. No perforation and hemorrhage occurred in the29 cases. After followed-up for 3 to 24 months, none of the patients had local recurrence. [ Conclusion ] Endoscopicultrasonography-guided nylon ring band ligation was an effective and safety endoscopic technique for the treatmentof gastric stromal tumor, but strict screening should be carried out according to lesion features and further studiesinvolving more samples and enough follow-up are necessary to evaluate the long-term results.
