摘  要:目的探讨15-羟基前列腺素脱氢酶(15-PGDH)在食管癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系,并初步评价其意义。方法随机收集66例食管癌手术病人的癌组织及相应癌旁正常组织,应用免疫组织化学检测15-PGDH表达,进一步分析其表达与食管癌临床病理的相关性。结果与癌旁正常组织相比,食管癌中15-PGDH的表达阳性率显著下降(P<0.01)。进一步统计分析显示,15-PGDH表达下调与食管癌的TNM分期(P<0.05)、分化程度(P<0.05)和淋巴结转移(P<0.01)密切相关。结论食管癌中15-PGDH的表达减少或缺失与食管癌的发生发展关系密切,其可以作为反映食管癌恶性生物学行为的一个重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of 15-hydroxyprostaglandin dehydrogenase(15-PGDH) protein in esophagus cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of 15-PGDH protein in 66 esophagus cancer tissues and adjacent non-tumor tissues.Statistical analysis was used to evaluate the relationship between the clinicopathological parameters and the expression of 15-PGDH.Results The 15-PGDH expression was found decrease or even loss in esophagus cancer tissues compared with the corresponding non-tumor tissues.The positive rate of 15-PGDH was significantly lower in esophagus cancer than in adjacent non-tumor tissues.The down-regulation of 15-PGDH was significantly related with differentiation grade (P < 0.05),TNM stage (P < 0.05) and lymph node metastasis(P < 0.01).Conclusion The results suggest that 15-PGDH may be an important indicator in carcinogenesis and progression of esophagus cancer.
