摘　　要：随着地方产业结构的快速调整,地方高职院校人才培养的质与量难以满足地方经济建设的需要。针对此种情况,本研究对以镇江高等专科学校为主的镇江市5所高职院校的专业设置情况进行了调查,提出高职高专院校人才培养专业设置对接地方经济建设的相关对策建议。With the rapid adjustment of local industry structure,the quantity and quality of the local talent training of local higher vocational colleges have already been unable to satisfy the needs of local economic construction. In such cases,this research has investigated the situation of the professional setting in five higher vocational colleges in Zhenjiang,in which Zhenjiang College is mainly studied,and put forward related countermeasures and suggestions of the docking of the professional setting of telents cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the local economic construction.
