摘　　要：通过开展教育培训来提升用户网络素养是图书馆的重要职能之一。新加坡国家图书馆在这方面积累了十分宝贵的经验,主要表现在以下几方面:是提升读者网络素养的主阵地;是网络素养教育的重要推动者和政府合作者;承担培养网络素养教育人才的重任,为社会培养和输送了大量专业人员。Through education and training to enhance the user＇s network literacy is one of the important functions of the library. The National Library of Singapore has accumulated valuable experience in this regard, mainly in the following aspects： it plays a pioneer role network literacy education; it is the network literacy education important promoters and government partners; it trained a large number of teachers and related personnel engaged in network literacy education.
