摘 要:以竹荪为原料,进行热水浸提,用提取温度、提取时间、料液比作为考竹荪多糖提取率的指标,通过单因素试验及正交试验,确定竹荪多糖的提取工艺条件.结果表明提取竹荪多糖的最佳优化条件为提取温度95℃,提取时间2.5 h,料液比1∶50,此时竹荪多糖的提取率达到16.8%.Using Dictyophora indusiata as the material,hot water extraction was adopted. Extraction temperature,extraction time and solid to liquid were took as the indexes of extraction ratio of polysaccharides from Dictyophora indusiata. To ensure the conditions of extraction process about polysaccharides from Dictyohphora indusiata by single factor test and orthogonal test. The result showed that the optimized conditions were as follows: extraction temperature 95 ℃,extraction time 2. 5 h,ratio of solid to liquid 1∶ 50. As it turned out,the extraction ratio of Dictyophora indusiata polysaccharide was 16. 8%.
