白内障超声乳化和现代囊外摘除术的临床对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化和现代囊外摘除术的临床对比效果情况。方法分析我院眼科2011年1月至2014年3月收治的白内障患者200例临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行临床分组,超声乳化组100例和现代囊外摘除术组100例。结果超声乳化组的白内障患者的手术时间、角膜内皮细胞密度均低于现代囊外摘除术组,平均内皮细胞面积明显高于现代囊外摘除术组,t=10.27、5.51、5.63,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论白内障超声乳化和现代囊外摘除术对于角膜内皮均有不同程度的损伤,但是现代囊外摘除术角膜内皮损伤相对较小,利于术后视力恢复。Objective To approach comparative detection of treatment by phacoemulsificafion for cataract and extracapsular cataract extraction. Method To analyze 200 cases clinical data of hard nuclear cataract patients in ophthalmology, which was to be divided into phacoemulsification for cataract group 100 cases and extracapsular cataract extraction group 100 casees. Result The operation time, corneal endothelial cell density ofphacoemulsification for cataract group were lower than extracapsular cataract extraction group, mean endothelial cell area was higher than extracapsular cataract extraction group, t=10.27, 5.51, 5.63, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The extracapsular cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation for cataract can obviously improve the corneal endothelial cell density, recovery of visual acuity after operation for patients, which was to be recovery.
