摘 要:目的比较Sirius、Lenstar及A超测量中央角膜厚度(CCT)的差异,并对测量结果进行一致性评价。方法对52例(104眼)近视眼患者,依次采用Sirius、Lenstar及A超测量CCT。配对t检验和Pearson相关分析评价CCT测量值两两间的差异及相关关系,Bland-Altman分析评价一致性。结果 Sirius与A超、Lenstar与A超的CCT测量值之间差异均有统计学意义,而Sirius与Lenstar的CCT测量值比较差异无统计学意义。三种仪器测量CCT具有显著的正相关性。CCT测量值95%一致性界限分别为Sirius与A超(-16.7,8.0)μm、Lenstar与A超(-19.7,8.5)μm、Sirius与Lenstar(-12.8,15.3)μm。结论 Sirius、Lenstar与A超测量CCT之间具有较高的一致性,可作为角膜中央厚度测量的常规工具。Sirius和Lenstar测量值与A超相比,存在差异,前二者低估了中央角膜厚度。Objective To assess the differences and agreements among measurements of central corneal thickness (CCT) using Sirius, Lenstar and ultrasound pachymetry (USP) . Methods The CCT of 104 eyes from 52 patients with myopia were measured with Sirius, Lenstar and ultrasound pachymetry. Data were compared by using paired t-tests and the Pearson correlations. Bland-Altman analysis of all pairs were determined. Results The difference between Sirius and USP, Lenstar and USP were statistically significant (P 〈 0. 001 ), but the CCT measured by Sirius and Lenstar had no statistically significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) . There was high correlation between the three instruments. The 95% limits of agreement for central cor- neal thickness measurements were - 16. 7μm to + 8. 0μm between Sirius and USP, - 19.7μm to + 8. 5μm between Lenstar and USP, and - 12. 8μm to + 15.3μm between Sirius and Lenstar. Conclusion Central corneal thickness obtained with the USP were similar to those obtained with both the Sirius and Lenstar. They all can be used as a routine tool of central corneal thickness measurement. But compared with USP, Sirius and Lenstar may underestimate the central corneal thickness.
