摘  要:Orexin是一种兴奋性的神经肽分子,在机体内主要由下丘脑Orexin神经元分泌,包含有OrexinA和Orexin-B两种分子亚型,并通过相应的受体发挥生物学功能。Orexin及其受体在中枢神经系统和部分外周器官中组成了一个复杂而有序的神经投射、递质传输和信号调控的网络系统,并在睡眠-觉醒周期、食欲、呼吸等功能的调控中具有重要作用。Orexin系统通过调节中枢神经系统的信息传递和化学感受器的生物反射影响机体的血压和交感神经活动,因此,Orexin系统极有可能成为某些类型高血压等心血管疾病的潜在治疗靶点。Orexin is a type of excitatory neuropeptides, secreted by Orexin neurons located in the hypothalamus. Orexin contains two molecular subtypes, Orexin-A and Orexin-B, and they develop their biological functions through corresponding receptors. Orexins and their receptors consist of a complex and orderly network system of neural projections, neurotransmitter transmission and signal regulation in the central nervous system and some peripheral organs. The Orexin system plays an important role in the modulation of the sleep-wake cycle, appetite and respiratory functions. The Orexin system can affect blood pressure and sympathetic nerve activity by regulating the signal transmission of central nervous system and central chemoreflex. Thus the Orexin system could be a potential target in treating some forms of hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases.
