色素性痒疹1例

摘　　要：患者女,18岁,颈部躯干皮疹伴微痒1周余。皮损表现为颈部、胸背部片状或网状红斑、丘疹及斑丘疹,轻微瘙痒,未经治疗2个月后皮损自行消退,消退后遗留色素沉着。皮损组织病理示:亚急性皮炎基础上有界面改变。表皮轻度角化亢进,表皮乳头瘤样增生,基底细胞灶状液化变性,真皮浅层血管周围淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:色素性痒疹。本病有自愈性。An 18-year-old female presented with slightly itchy rash on the neck and trunk for more than a week. Skin examination revealed sheet or reticular erythema, papules and maculopapules with mild itching. The lesions spontaneously regressed without any treatment, leaving hyperpigmentation. Histopathologic examination showed slight hyperkeratosis and papillomatous hyperplasia in epidermis, focalliquefaction degeneration of hasal cells,lymphocyte infiltration around blood vessels in the superficial dennis. Diagnosis： prurigo pigmenrosa. It is a self-healing disease.
