TGF-β1基因rs1800471位点多态性与汉族人群慢性牙周炎的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨转移生长因子β1(transforming growth factor beta-l,TGF-β1)rs1800471基因多态性与汉族人群慢性牙周炎的相关性。方法:选取135例慢性牙周炎患者和108例健康者作为研究对象,基因组DNA来自口腔颊黏膜拭子,采用多重单碱基延伸SNP分型技术(Multiplex SNaPshot technique)对该位点进行检测,比较两组间此位点基因型和等位基因频率的差异。结果:TGF-β1rs1800471位点各基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg遗传平衡定律;TGF-β1rs1800471位点基因型和等位基因分布频率有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:TGF-βrs1800471基因多态性与汉族人群慢性牙周炎的易感性具有相关性。Objective： To investigate the association between TGF-βl rs1800471 polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic periodontitis in Chinese Han. Methods： We performed a case- control study on 135 chronic periodontitis patients and 108 healthy controls. Genomic DNA was from oral mucosa of two groups. Polymorphism of TGF- β1 gene was analyzed using the Multiplex SNaPshot technique, the differences of the genotype and allele frequencies were calculated and analyzed. Results： All genotypes distribution of the TGF-β1 rs1800471 polymorphism were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in both the cases and the controls. TGF-β1 rs1800471 genotype and allele frequencies distribution differences were statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TGF - β1 rs1800471 polymorphism may be associated with susceptibility to chronic periodontitis in Chinese Han.
