根管糊剂表面张力对根管密封性能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨氧化锌丁香油糊剂和cortisomol糊剂的表面张力对根管封闭性能的影响。方法:测定不同粉液比的氧化锌丁香油糊剂和cortisomol糊剂的表面张力。选取60颗单根管牙,随机分成6组。分别用3种不同表面张力的氧化锌丁香油糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂各3组充填根管。经染料渗透后沿牙体长轴纵向剖开,在体视显微镜下观察根管渗漏染色长度。用SPSS12.0软件作方差分析。结果:3种不同表面张力的氧化锌丁香油糊剂和Cortisomol糊剂组组间微渗漏长度差异均有显著性。结论:本实验显示同种糊剂适当降低根管糊剂的表面张力可提高根管的密封程度。Objective： To evaluate the sealability of zinc oxide-eugenol sealers and corti so mol sealers of different surface tension. Methods： 60 extracted human single - rooted teeth were selected and randomly divided into six groups （n=10）. The root canals were respectively filled with zinc oxide-eugenol sealers and cortisomol sealers of different surface tension. The teeth were split along long axis after dye penetration. The lengths of root apical dye microleakage was measured with stereopsis microscope. ANOVA of the SPSS12. 0 was used to compare the differences. Results： There were differences among groups of zinc oxide- eugenol sealers and cortisomol sealers of different surface tension （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The reduction of the surface tension can increase the apical sealing ability of zinc oxide- eugenol sealers or cortisomol sealers in this experiment.
