计算机虚拟阻生牙拔除术演示缓解牙科畏惧症研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨计算机虚拟阻生牙拔除术演示缓解青年大学生牙科畏惧症(Dental fear,DF)的临床效果,为防治DF提供参考依据。方法:选择2010年6月以来广东工业大学医院口腔科青年大学生阻生牙拔除术患者252例,随机分为2组,每组126例,实验组采取术前计算机虚拟阻生牙拔除术演示+心理辅导+阻生牙拔除术,对照组仅行常规拔牙术,采用Corah牙科焦虑量表(Corah’s dental anxiety scale,CDAS)对实验组演示前后和对照组术前进行测查以评定临床效果。结果:实验组计算机虚拟阻生牙拔除术演示前后DAS值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组演示后与对照组术前DAS值比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.001);实验组演示前与对照组术前DAS值比较差异无统计学意义。结论:计算机虚拟阻生牙拔除术临床应用可较好地缓解患者对拔牙术的焦虑和恐惧。Objective： To study the clinical effects of relieving college students＇ dental fear by employing the technique of computer- aided virtual impacted tooth extraction, thus providing reference for the prevention and treatment of dental fear（DF）. Methods： 252 cases of impacted tooth extraction since July of 2010 in Hospital of Guangdong University of Technology are chosen and randomly divided into two groups with 126 cases respectively. The therapy method of presentation of virtual impacted tooth extraction before the surgery plus psychological counseling plus extraction of impacted tooth is adopted for the patients of the experimental group while regular tooth extraction surgery is employed to treat the patients in the control group. And then Corah＇ s dental anxiety scale （CDAS） is adopted to test and assess the clinical effects before and after the presentation of virtual impacted tooth extraction in the experimental group and before the extraction surgery in the control group. Results： There are statistical significances between the DAS levels before and after the presentation in the experimental group, and after the presentation in the experimental group and before the extraction surgery in the control group（P〈0. 001）, but there is no statistical significance between the DAS levels before the presentation in the experimental group and before the surgery in the control group. Conclusion： The application of the technique of computer- aided virtual impacted tooth extraction in the clinical treatment can effectively relieve patients＇ anxiety and fear of the tooth extraction surgery.
