超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体在重度牙周炎患者中的应用

摘  要:目的:观察重度牙周炎患者缺牙后采用超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体进行义齿修复的效果。方法:对32例重度牙周炎患者进行超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体的义齿修复。分别于修复前和修复后的6个月、12个月和24个月进行牙龈出血指数和牙周袋探诊深度检查,并于义齿修复后6、12和24个月对义齿应用情况进行随访观察。结果:采用Targis超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体对因重度牙周炎造成的牙列缺损进行修复,牙周袋探诊深度并无明显增加,部分病例龈缘呈充血状态,磁力无明显衰减。结论:对因重度牙周炎造成的牙列缺损采用超瓷根帽结合磁性附着体修复,固位良好,牙周炎无加重趋势。Objective: To observe the clinic effect of Targis ceramic polymer and magnetic attachments in defect dentition due to severe periodontitis. Methods: We prepared root caps with Targis ceramic polymer and magnetic attachments for 32 patients with severe periodontitis. We made surveys on gingival bleeding index and probing depth for abutments from patients before the treatment and the 6th, 12th and 24th month after the treatment, respectively. We also made clinical observations of the dentures at the 6th, 12th and 24th month, respectively. Results: After the restoration for patients with severe periodontitis, the probing depth was not significantly increased. Although gingivae of patients appeared congestive in some cases, magnetic force from magnetic attachments kept stable. Conclusion: Root caps made of Targis ceramic polymer and magnetic attachments may provide stable retention for defect dentition due to severe periodontitis and cant aggravate periodontitis in application.
