摘 要:目的:应用锥形束CT(Cone-beam CT,CBCT)探讨WaveOne单根锉器械预备C形根管的成形效果。方法:成对收集具有C形根管的离体牙30颗,每对中2颗样本再随机自由分到两组:WaveOne Primary单根锉器械组(WP组)和ProTaper Universal组(PU组),每组15颗。两组分别用相对应器械进行根管预备,叠加预备前后C形根管根冠、根中、根尖部位横截面CBCT扫描图像,对牙本质切削量、遗漏面积百分比、根管预备时间、根管预备意外发生情况进行统计分析,对WaveOne单根锉器械预备C形根管的成形效果进行评价。结果:WP组与PU组牙本质切削量、遗漏面积百分比在根冠部无显著性差异。在根中部和根尖部,WP组较PU组切削量大(P<0.01),而PU组遗漏面积明显较WP组多(P<0.01)。根管预备时间WP组显著少于PU组(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。根管预备意外发生情况两组间无显著差异。结论:WaveOne单根锉器械在C形根管的预备成形中相对操作简便、成形好、效率高,是较理想的C形根管预备器械。Objective: To explore the shaping ability of WaveOne single - file system using Cone - beam CT (CBCT) in C- shaped root canals. Methods: Thirty extracted teeth with C- shaped root canals were selected in pairs and randomly divided into two groups of 15 specimens each: WaveOne Primary (WP) group and Pro taper Universal (PU) group. The two group canals were prepared with the corresponding instruments respectively. CBCT images of C-shaped root car:ials before and after preparation were superimposed at coronal. middle. and apical cross - sections. The amount of dentin removed. percentage of root canal uninstrumented area, time taken for instrumentation. and iatrogenic error of preparation were investigated. We evaluate the shaping effect of WaveOne single - file instruments in C- shaped root canals. Results: There was no significant difference between the 2 groups for the amount of dentin removed and percentage of root canal uninstrumented area at coronal cross- section. The WP group showed greater amount of dentin removed than PU group (P〈0. 01). whereas the PU group showed significantly higher percentage of root canal uninstrumented area than WP group (P〈0.01) at middle and apical crosssections. The time needed for instrumentation was significantly shorter for WP group than for PU group (P〈0. 01). There was no significant difference between the 2 groups for iatrogenic error of preparation. Conclusion: WaveOne single- file instruments are effective for preparation of C- shaped root canals with advantages of simple operation. good shaping ability and high efficiency. Therefore. they are ideal instruments for C- shaped root canals preparation.
