Roth诊断垫治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的初步探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察使用Roth诊断垫治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病(Temporom-andibular disorder,TMD)的疗效。方法:选取76名TMD患者,随机分成2组。治疗组患者24h佩戴Roth诊断垫;对照组患者仅给予TMD健康指导。观察6个月后,应用Fricton颞下颌关节紊乱指数评价TMD患者临床症状。将治疗组和对照组治疗前后差异进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组与对照组治疗前后Fricton指数减少有显著性差异。结论:使用Roth诊断垫治疗某些颞下颌关节紊乱病有明显效果。Objective： To investigate the effect of Roth splint on temporomandibular disorder disease. Methods： 76 TMD patients were chosen and divided into 2 groups. The treatment group patients wore splint 24 hours every day, meanwhile, the control group only received TMD healthy guidance. 6 months later, Fricton＇s Craniomandibular Index were calculated in 76 TMD patients. The results were dealt with SPSS software. Results： Compared with the control group, the decrease of Fricton＇s Craniomandibular Index in the treatment group exhibited significant different. Conclusion： Roth splint was an effective method in temporomandibular disorder disease treatment.
