摘 要:目的:探索迅速推导牙周膜生物力学属性的方法。方法:在知情同意的前提下,选取40名正畸治疗过程中的患者,其中男20名,平均年龄23.3岁。女20名,平均年龄22.85岁。针对每名患者建立以右侧上颌第一磨牙和第二前磨牙为支抗拉尖牙向后的三维有限元加力模块,利用牙齿的移动距离来反求不同个体的牙周膜弹性模量的大小。结果:在100g正畸力的作用下,男性患者的牙周膜弹性模量在0.09~0.43 MPa之间,平均为0.230MPa;女性患者的牙周膜弹性模量在0.14~0.41 MPa之间,平均为0.251 MPa,性别之间没有统计学差异。结论:提供了一个可以模拟牙周膜粘弹性和各向异性的方法和数值,使个体牙周膜的生物机械属性尽可能的量化。Objective: To explore an effective way to derive the PDL biomechanical properties rapidly. Methods: After the informed consents were made, 40 patients in the during orthodontic treatments were selected, the average age of 20 male patients were 23.3 years old, the average of 20 female patients were 22.85 years old. For each patient, three- dimensional finite element model of the right maxillary first molar and second premolar, which were used as anchorage for pulling canine backward, were established. The tooth movement distance was used to explore the periodontal membrane elastic modulus of different individuals. Results: Under 100g orthodontic force, male patients PDL elastic modulus were between 0. 09 and 0. 43Mpa, with an average of 0. 230 Mpa , female patients with PDL elastic modulus were between 0. 14 and 0. 41Mpa, with an average of 0. 251Mpa. There was no statistically significant difference between male and female patients. Conclusion: The value and method to stimulate the viscoelastic and anisotropic PDL was provided, and the bio- mechanical properties of individual PDL can be quantified as far as possible.
