中小学体育教师对开展阳光体育运动认知的调查研究——以成都市为例

摘　　要：本文采用问卷调查、实地走访等方法,对成都市中小学一线体育教师就开展阳光体育运动的认知状况进行系统研究。结果表明:体育教师对实现阳光体育运动的健身理念持乐观态度;对实施阳光体育运动的需求主要表现为需要社会、学校、家长的支持。阳光体育运动开展中存在的主要问题是每天一个小时锻炼的落实率不高;宣传和交流的力度不够;开展的项目单调乏味;经费不足,场地器材配置有限;师资力量缺乏;安全第一与健康第一的矛盾交织;领导重视程度不够,监督体制不到位。为进一步推进阳光体育运动形成长效机制,提出相关建议。Through using the method of questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods,this paper carry out the cognitive status of sunshine sports of middle school physical teachers in Chengdu city.The results show that the physical education teachers are optimistic about the implementation of sunshine sports fitness philosophy;on the implementation of sunshine sports demand mainly for the needs of society,school,parents＇support.The sunlight sports are the exercise one hour a day implementation rate is not high;advocacy and communication is not enough;project tedious;lack of funds,equipment configuration;lack of qualified teachers and health first;safety first contradiction interweave;leadership attention degree is not enough,the supervision system is not in place. The formation of long -term mechanism to further promote the sun sports,and puts forward related suggestions.
