摘　　要：乳腺癌是妇女常见恶性肿瘤,发病率高居我国妇女恶性肿瘤第1位,越来越受到关注。调节性T细胞(Treg)控制T细胞乳腺癌的免疫应答中发挥重要作用,以Treg为靶点的乳腺癌治疗策略具有潜在可行性,笔者就此进行综述。Breast cancer is a common malignant tumor among women,with its prevalence ranking first among malignant diseases in women in our country,so attention is increasingly being paid to this disease.Regulatory T cells（Tregs）play an important role in breast cancer immune response,and the therapeutic strategy of targeting Tregs in breast cancer appears to have potential feasibility.In this paper,the authors address the issues in this field.
